People often wonder what it's like to have a step-mom or be a step-mom. I found it to be rewarding but frustrating as well.

You roll thru life trying to be open and caring only to be attacked for silly things children cant possibly understand. Attacked based on ones parents opinions and anger from their own failed attempt after failed attempts at trying to fix what's been broken for far to long.

I cant help but feel frustrated from having to keep fixing what others have destroyed while they let their own insecurities and jealousy affect my own children.

It's kind of funny that I've been divorced from my children's father for nearly 10 years and that mans wife still goes out of her way to interfere with my children in my home that's over a thousand miles away from her own.

For someone who claims they aren't jealous of me, they sure go out of their way to "try" to destroy me or turn my kids against me every chance she gets.

Seriously, how many government agency's must one have involved in a divorce or custody arrangements before the same woman realizes SHE WILL NEVER BE MY CHILDRENS MOTHER?!?!
