Cupid rolled around his bed he kept hearing Zera's cry but after a while she drifted to sleep. A while after cupid to drifted to sleep with lots off thoughts in his mind and with a heavy heart.

Day 4

waking up from the sleep Zera rubbed her eyes . steeping out of the bed she went into the restroom. she relaxed her body when warm water started to flow through her body . Wrapping herself in a bathrobe she checked herself in the mirror.

Zera took her fingers to her puffy and red eyes soon she was being pulled into the memories from last night .

Soon an unknown fear took over zera. Zera kept one hand on her chest to feel her heart beat. it was beating like crazy . A part of her wanted to see him like crazy but she refused this feeling of her.

covering her puffy eyes with makeup zera took her steps to the hospital to continue her day as usual.

Walking through the corridor Zera's mind replayed all those moments with cupid . The way she blushed at Cupid's looks , The she used to stare at his handsome face , His beautiful black orbes in his eyes , The way he used to mock her, The way he used to follow her every where like a lost puppy, The he used to flirt with her .

Ocean of memories made it deficult for Zera to consecrate on her work . Each and every passing minute Zera hoped to see cupid again. Her eyes kept searching him but failed to see him.

Zera was know resting in her cabin after a long tiring day. Still her mind was full of cupid hoping him to showup all off a sudden. Zera leaned back to her chair and soon her mind , head and heart was filled with questions.

' DO I LOVE HIM '

' WHAT IF HE NEVER SHOW UP AGAIN '

' DID I HURT HIM YESTERDAY '

' WHY DO I FEAR , WHEN I THINK ABOUT HIM '

' IS HE REALLY NOT GOING TO SHOW UP AGAIN '

Sitting on the bench cupid was planning to shoot his arrow into someone and to begin a new love story.

" Are you planning a new mission"

cupid turned his head into the direction of the sound and it was Time . cupid flashed a weak smile and shook his head as a yes.

Time sat beside him . both was silent for a moment. Time knew what was going in his head .

Time:- " So what about your story "

cupid just gave a sad smile

Cupid:- " Almighty was correct somethings are not ment for us "

Time:- " you still have one more day , go find her . it's going to end well"

Cupid took a deep breath and his next words was a shock to Time

Cupid:- " I am letting her go "

Time was taken back .

Time:- " Why "

Cupid:- " Have you seen a family"

Time:- " What ?? sorry I didn't get you "

Cupid:- " days ago I saw a beautiful family . I imagined myself with zera in that family holding our kids . playing along with them and spending my rest of the life as a normal human being by her side. sharing all our happiness and sorrows . Walking the rough path of life shoulder to shoulder with Zera "

" But I can't because I am spirit. who never age , who never dies, she is a HUMAN ..... "

"I saw what I feared the most and it was the fear in her eyes when she came to the reality. "

" I never wanted her to fear me , I want her to love me "

Time:- " Did you ask her to wish something , you can fulfill one wish of her right. "

Cupid:- " hmm I can , but I am not going to see her again"

This time, Time lost her patients, she shouted and began to scold him.

Time:- " If you had the courage to love her then you should have the courage to win her, if not show the courage to let her go , don't sit here like a looser. "

Cupid:- " I am willing to let her go "

Time:- " before letting her go , ask her for once haven't she ever loved you "

cupid went silent for a while Cupid:-" she doesn't..."

Cupid's words got cut off by time

Time:- " how could you know ??
have ever asked her, have ever tried to understand her feelings, have you never ever felt like she loves you "

cupid was completely taken back at her words . with no delay Time walked away from there but stopted her steps

Time:- " You can let her go but don't push her away and never regret your decision."

It was then cupid heared her thoughts.

" Do I LOVE HIM "

"DID I HURT HIM "

these words of zera kept echoing cupid's ear . A tear rolled down his cheeks.

Cupid:- " I am letting you go free , that's good for you . you need not fear me .

you was a beautiful chapter 'ZERA' ."

Time:- " it's seems like cupid is so desperate to be a human"

God:- " But he won't"

Time :- " What are you actually planning"

God :- " it's he himself the one who takes the decision"

For the very first time , Time felt angry, she felt to question the almighty but keept silent.
