I was given a position in my community as the leader. And as a leader, to carry out some certain duties concerning the Environments and the well-being of the society. Being a Leader is a big responsibility, every one has their eyes on you.

They expect you to be a great leader,
A leader with an example,
A leader who has his people at heart,
A leader who is not corrupt,
A leader that is Godfearing,
A leader with a different,

But at the end of the day, they are disappointed. By what they saw,
Because of Nepotism,

Why??! Because the cabinet members are selected based on familiarity and not by abilities. And that is; what is happening in our entire countries today. We can't grow like this, we became stagnant and looking for people to push us before we move.

If we can do away with NEPOTISM, then their will be a TOTAL CHANGE and MAKE A DIFFERENT.
