We usually like to blame it on people for its alot better than to actually accept it's your fault. When you blame it on someone else,its just easier. That way, we can find the solution to it faster and much better with the mindset that it's someone else's fault you are fixing but when it comes down to you. One just gets lost in their head and never actually tries to do it. He thinks of all the things that could have gone right if the problem was not there. Therefore far much better to blame it than actually take it up
