Luke 18 Devotional teachings with Evangelist Thokozani

Day 1.

Scripture reading:

Luke 18:15 People were also bringing babies to Jesus to have him touch them. When the disciples saw this, they rebuked them.

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

Even today, you can still dedicate your child to Jesus Christ, and he will bless your children or child. Once your child is dedicated to the work of Christ, just know Christ will protect your child and make sure that your child lives according to the plan of God. Don't allow anyone to stop you from taking your child to Christ, just be too dedicated to the work of God in this world.

Day 2.

Scripture reading:

Luke 18:12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.'

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

To pray and fast every week it's a good thing, also in your praying and fasting learn to give a tenth of everything you have to God. Giving is a principle that carries a divine blessing from God. Even when you are doing fasting and prayer, learn to give during this moment of humbling yourself before God.

Day 3.

Scripture reading:

Luke 18:14 "I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted."

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

One thing we are sure about is that every one who exalt himself or herself will be humbled by God, and whose ever that humbled himself or herself will be exalted by God. Humbleness, it should be something that you live to do as an individual in this world. To be humble doesn't mean you are a full.

Day 4.

Scripture reading:

Luke 18:16 But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

Jesus Christ even today He is calling all humanity to come to him. From the little children to elderly people. Come to Jesus Christ and you will find rest. As you are coming to Jesus Christ, just come little a child. Jesus Christ will never chase away all those who are coming to him. Don't people or your sins to stop you from coming to Jesus Christ.
The kingdom of God belongs to those who come to Christ like little children.

Day 5.

Scripture reading:

Luke 18:17 I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

People who don't come, like little children to Christ, will not be able to enter the kingdom of God. Learn to humble yourself before God, even when you are educated or have achieved lots of things in your life. Little children don't allow issues of life to push them away from their parents, even you out there don't allow issues of life to push you away from God.

Day 6.

Scripture reading:

Luke 18:2 He said: "In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared about men.

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani

Even in our generation we still have some judges who don't fear God neither do they believe in God existence. While some of the judges don't care for Humanity. Remember all judges, one day they will appear before God and give account for their decisions of judgment they have made in all court cases they have ruled in. May you fear God and put him first in everything you do, even in your professional field of operation in this world.

Day 7.

Scripture reading:

Luke 18:1 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

Even today, Jesus Christ wants his Church or children not to give up in :

● Praying without ceasing
● Giving
● Helping the needy
● Seeking God in Spirit and In truth
● Reading the Bible
● Encouraging the broken hearts
● Showing unconditional love towards all humanity

May God keep you and sustain you even when you start to feel weary and tired in the faith and your walk with Jesus Christ. I pray that God be your source all the day of your life in Jesus Christ name, I pray Amen.

Day 8.

Scripture reading

Luke 18:22 When Jesus heard this, he said to him, "You still lack one thing. Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

When you give to the poor just know you are storing treasures for yourself in God kingdom. Yes, give everything you have to the needy or the poor, it's one of the greatest ministries you can do in this world. Remember, God will always reward all those who have given or shared what they had in this world with the poor or needy people. Sharing that reveals how much you care for the next person in this world. Let your giving in this world be your investment for the treasures you will receive in heaven one day.

Day 9.

Scripture reading:

Luke 18:24 Jesus looked at him and said, "How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

There's nothing wrong to be rich in this world. In everything you do, never allow your wealth to make you to start to mistreat or abuse people. Serve God even with your wealth and know by doing that, you are storing treasures yourself in Heaven. Wealth shouldn't make you to stop to worship God or make you to run away from pleasing God with your lifestyle.

Day 10.

Scripture reading:

Luk 18:27 Jesus replied, "What is impossible with men is possible with God."

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

Some things seem to be difficult because we look at them based on our physical eye's. Remember, with the eyes of the spirit all things remains possible only with God. All impossible situations can become possible with God intervention. When God becomes involved in anything we do, we will witness victory and abundance in everything we do as human beings on earth.

Day 11.

Scripture reading:

Luke 18:28 Peter said to him, "We have left all we had to follow you!"

Devotional teaching with Evangelist Thokozani Ndinisa

There's a point in ministry when you will leave everything behind just to follow Jesus Christ. Sometimes minister's forsake the nice pleasures of this world just to serve God purposes for their lives.
