I nearly fall on my face as I rush into the bathroom and yank open the cupboard.
A sigh leaves my lips as my eyes land on the blue case bottle. My shaky hands reach for it and I pour as many of it as possible into my palm.
Dr Ihejie said only two of these would help. And it takes at least an hour to kick into my system.
But what if I doubled it?
I count the pills on my palm not even bothering to look down at the ones falling off my shaky hands.
Triple it is.
I throw my head back and throw the pills in my mouth then rush over to the sink to wash it down with some water.
It's just a matter of few minutes.
You'll be okay again, Idara. You'll be okay.
With a sniffle, I return the bottle back into the cupboard and drag my legs lazily,out of the bathroom.
I sit slowly on my bed,using the back of my hands to wipe my forehead.
Why am I feeling hot,in an Air conditioned room?
"Ouch!". I cry out , clutching my chest. Why does it feel like I'm being stabbed in the heart?
The pinching/stabbing feeling continues and slowly turns even more painful, unbearable.
What's happening to me?!
I ball my hands into fists as the stinging feeling in my chest continues. I felt my throat closing up,my eyes turning foggy,my body shaking uncontrollably-
"Arhhhh!". I scream. Holding my chest and rubbing,in hopes of stopping the stinging feeling. Tears stream down my face,and I bite down on my lips to transfer the inner pain.
I bite so hard that my lips start to bleed. The metallic taste filling my mouth.
Make it stop!
"Mommy". I slide down from the bed,to the cold tiled floor,my hands on my chest and blood stained on my mouth.
All I can do is cry now.
I just wanted it all to go away.
I curl myself in a ball,my hands still resting on my chest as my breathing becomes restricted.
It feels like there's a bag over my head. Or-or someone's putting a pillow over my face to try and suffocate me.
I can't breath. It's scaring me.
I can't breath. Why can't I breath well?
