Satire- Fake People Status!!

I don't know why people always show a fake reputation to others by praising themselves, their jobs, their hobbies, and their abilities. Even if they don't have any job, they still make people aware that they do a lot of work and that their time is really important to them. I have talked to many people around the globe and learned how people praise themselves: some through their jobs, some through their hobbies, some through their knowledge, and many more. I like to joke about them as they are a joke. Many people start their talks by praising themselves. "Hello, I am a businessman. My hobbies are playing golf, and I have a villa. I own a Lamborghini, and I am still not married. How about you?" It feels like the man is giving his biodata to a marriage bureau. Who starts like this? That's why he is still not married. Some are cunning; they fit their value into the ongoing conversation
"What are you doing?"
"Well, I am on vacation with my family."
"Wow, where?"
"It's in Hawaii, Hotel Greets!"
"Ah, yes, I know about that hotel. It was earlier owned by me; last year, I sold it."
Some listeners avoid some questions so they can prepare their responses.
"I don't drink a lot."
"Okay, what do you do?"
"I drink two days a week."
"Okay, what do you do, sir?"
"You know, it's not good for your health."
"Liar!"
"What?! Nothing, what do you do, sir?"
"I am an event coordinator."
"Really, an effective method. Even a deaf person can hear that."
There are some people who present their jobs in a scientific and unique way, making them feel really unique and responsible. For example, I talked with someone who used scientific words: "My work is to mix medicines to make a solution."
"Okay, a compounder!"
"No, my job is different; you can say a pharmacist."
One said, "I help people to relax, so I give them different types of techniques like Reiki healing and crystal healing."
"Oh, okay, a massager!"
"No, not a massager; you can say a therapist."
One even said he likes to teach people about plants and that he works with them, so I replied, "Wow, a planter!"
Some show that they are...
