I know
[Warning] : R-18

"I don't want to die," she sobbed.

Her pale skin were drenched in tears and her frail body was limp. Her eyes were red and her gaze were almost unfocused. But I see the pain in her eyes. I can feel the desperation in her weak voice.

"I know," I replied. I ran my finger on the side of her face and felt how cold her skin was under my fingertips.

"I really don't," she insisted, almost whispering them.

I nodded and gently smiled at her. She whimpered when I traced my fingers down her neck. She flinched when my fingers touched her collarbone. But she couldn't pull herself away from my touch.

She was too weak to keep fighting.

The blacks and blues on her skin were tender to touch and she groaned at the slightest touch of them.

"But if you really didn't, you should've been a good girl."

She sobbed and snifled, unable to let out her voice when my hand slid to her tender thighs. Her legs have long lost their strength. Her ankles were broken and her calves were beaten.

I couldn't hurt her pretty toes but I was tempted to chop them one by one.

"You've been crying so much. Aren't you tired? Didn't you want to rest those eyes," I mused.

I can see her throat visibly moving as she swallowed her saliva and maybe even her last will. I bet breathing already hurts enough. I might have heard her ribs crack when she was resisting the first days she stayed.

For a slender woman, she lasted long.

"Even if I do let you live, I doubt you'd last a minute outside," I grinned.

Heavier tears left her eyes and I knew reality was sinking in. I smiled at her then leaned closer to kiss her forehead. Then hovered over her ear.

"It's been a fun month. But I need a new playmate," I whispered.

Her sobs echoed in my ears before I snapped her neck and heard her last breath leave her lips.

I grinned and kissed her nape.

The anticipation of finding my third playmate bubbled in my chest.
