A leader helps his people to do well and become better while a boss only know how to use people, I would rather be a good leader than be a boss because anything that a leader does is for the benefit of his people but everything a boss does is exclusively for his own interest alone.

Some leaders can also pretend to have the people's interest at heart but all their policies do nothing but exploit the very people that entrusted them with the power to rule them, which explains why we have good leaders and bad leaders.

There are good bosses too but bosses are heads of groups or establishments that are set up to make a profit for one or just a few individuals at the top of the food chain, and these groups benefit only a small number of people while the rest of the people continue to slave in vain.

We should all be striving to become leaders and not bosses, good leaders are supposed to be selfless, diligent, and consistent in their service to mankind but sadly everybody wants to be a boss because they all want to oppress the people under them instead of serving the people, they want the people to fear them instead.

The human mind is desperately and naturally wicked because everybody wants to be better than other people so if you don't learn to train and tame your mind, you will get lost in this world that is ruled by pride, selfishness, and greed. May God help us all to live right by him.
