The Tale of Tetsuya and Akio

Tetsuya and Akio were childhood friends, inseparable and loyal. They lived in a small village surrounded by mountains. Both were ambitious, but while Tetsuya valued honesty and hard work, Akio envied Tetsuya’s success and secretly harbored resentment.

One day, Akio came to Tetsuya with a proposition: they should climb Mount Kurama together to search for a rumored treasure guarded by the mountain spirits. Tetsuya, trusting Akio, agreed without hesitation.
