Becoming Gay
CHAPTER 4

[STRONG FRIENDSHIP]

My two crazies. I love them with all my heart and my friends always made me feel good about myself and life itself. However, I went all the worse in the world with them. You know we shared same the path of life and I guess because we came from the same darkness I believe that we find light in one of us I guess. My girls are ones in billion of people around the world. What place is the best without the best healthy friendship we had. I remember when I wanted an advice or guidance about anything in this world.

Fiona, who was from Flagstaff. A very shy soul, down on earth, humble and as naughty as devil in hell. I like her personality and I noticed many things about her and how she loved being around me. I guess I was like a motivation to her life she was to my life. I first met her in High School and it felt like I have known her for the rest of my life. And there was times when we had winter school lessons and I was renting in the same block as her. I guess that gave us more time to catch up and he knew each other even more. She was the sly fox with mouse attacking method. Bite and blow.

Anga, who was from Willovale. A very good friend, fullest herself, lovely and she values the importance and principles of real friendship. I liked her personality too and she was always reminding me my sister and she was pushing me to do only the best out of me. We also met from school and it was both our first day as we were in the staff room to collect the books. I remember she told her how beautiful she looked and she was smiling lime she was losing her mind.

Other students didn’t know the significance of our friendship and it was based on the experience we had, we had love for the same things like school, life and taking care of ourselves. The experience about families made us became so strong. Because our personality were also the same and we love same things. I remember we were on the mission to find someone to teach the mathematics because we had no idea about what was going with number. So we would ask where and there for help or else we work ourselves out until we got all right.

Speaking of character, we were a bit different because nobody get fake how everybody does his or her things. I was the pillar in our relationship because I was able to handle both of them and I would make sure that everybody is okay everyday. Then Anga who was making sure like we’re our own family because she made sure that we understand that we depend on each other to evolve and reach the heights. Lately my shy devious Fiona, you know she wasn’t the talkative one as all shy person considered as quiet and silent merely and when she talks everything she said made a point or had a good view to see.

Speaking of personalities, we were almost the same in some ways. Fiona was the bubbly and sweet. I remember when Fiona used make my miserable moments into magical moments. That was sweet and I find telling something about her. Anga was the proud one and she wasn’t going with something that is not on her principle book. That proudness she has shown pride while was her personality. As for me, I am the fragile and easily hurt person but I am so strong and I always see myself as the strong person with some sensitiveness.

My relationship with Anga and Fiona was something extraordinary how I can describe the moments and memories. What really made it so extraordinary we came from the same backgrounds and our parents were trying by all means to make sure that we survive the day on the Earth. It’s not like we had everything we wanted but all that we got from our backgrounds motivated us to keep on going forward and not stop at all.

However, the three came from the villages of the Cape from different Town as I was from Idutywa in a village called eZimpuku. A very welcoming for people with sexuality. Not once I was judged by my people being mocked by any ways. If I was living in another village I guess I would be treated differently because I never felt such love from my village to no village I ever visited.
