//Peer pressure- bane or boon //
Pressurising one or influence one with or without the consent, by different groups of people around personal level or social media is the peer pressure. This is now predominant in our society, mainly in the age group of 13 to 15 yrs. Than boys, girls are in peer pressure in accordance with clothing, behavioral and speaking skills. Boys are pressurised with self-confidence, ego and self-reliance in relation to brands, games etc. This is common in our society now. We are pressurised to show ourselves great and better than others. This peer pressure can be individual or in group.

Yes, I have been in the same situation. During my school days, I was kept introvert. My friends were confident in speaking and communicating, but I was scared as I was told not to speak much. So I didn't know when, what to speak. The judgement of friends was scary for me. Gradually, during graduation, I started talking to people confidently and then I started overcoming this peer pressure with the help of good peers only.

It is now prevalent in our society. So, we have to teach our children to be self-reliant and to keep faith in themselves. The good and bad sides of everything should be discussed with them, mainly with adolescent kids. They need cognitive guidance and support a lot than any other age groups. Be a peer, to erase the peer pressure.
The negative impact will be like drinking, smoking, drugs and many more, as negative things attract fast. So without any hesitation, we can teach everything about peer pressure, our financial and family situations. This will help them to make decisions. Lastly, we are with them as parents always. without any hesitation, we can teach everything about peer pressure, our financial and family situations. This will help them to make decisions.
