The time between dusk and dawn,
The time between night and morn,
I travel beyond places unknown,
To where the winds of adventure have blown.

I tread on paths that few have walked,
Through valleys deep and mountains chalked,
My restless soul seeks to be free,
From the mundane and monotony.

I break free from the shackles of routine,
Leave behind the mundane and lean,
Toward the skies that are yet to be seen,
Into the wild, where I've always been keen.

For in the unknown, there lies a thrill,
A promise of adventure that does instill,
From the dangers that could very well kill,
To the wonders that leave me utterly still.

So guide my steps, oh stars above,
And lead me to where the wild things rove,
For in this journey I find true love,
In places where the heart truly does behove.

And though the sun may rise anew,
And my travels may soon be through,
I know that I will find anew,
A path to those places yet unknown too.
