HOW TO REDUCE NEGATIVITY FROM OUR MIND
We face negative emotions when we are in a bad situation or bad mood . Lot of negative thoughts come in our mind and we really fell very bad sometimes at small and big issues or sometimes without any reasons. So today we will talk about how to reduce negativity we can not remove negative emotions completely but we can reduce its present and after effects to some point. True it is not easy and not a one day task you are basically going to train your mind to enhance your decision making to overcome situation more efficiently compared to earlier.
• first thing and most time taking is to train your mind to think of positive side even in worst situation. If something bad happens lot of negative thoughts come in our not only related to present situation but about past situation as well we tend to think highly negative about ourselves about our worth but what we have to do is focus on the positive or neutral side replace your negative thought with a positive one
for eg. if someone had a breakup from long term relationship it is painful some people lock themselves in a room think about themselves in a highly negative manner but think about a problem i.e reason of breakup some neutral statement like not everyone is meant to be together be grateful that you spent atleast that much amount together and got to know eachother , everything happens for a good reason etc. form your own views even on these statements as well.
• Give yourself some time. Spend sometime with yourself things that give you peace like nature or god ( basically a holy place )
• Accept the situation don't ignore your emotions and situation
•Express yourself . Don't ignore your emotions at all
• Indulge in activities that you like or learn something new .Don't just get isolated because that's not how life works you have to interact overcome the situation.
• Accept your mistake if you did any apologies for that
• Don't just think that you are the only one having lot of problems everyone has their own problem
• Don't just think about yourself analyse the whole situation you will find the right in that

And at last I want to say that negative emotions can't be removed completely because they are a part of us everything has two sides positive and negative when life shows bad time our mind automatically choose the negative one but you yourself have to force yourself to think of positive as well so that you can be 1st neutral towards situation and then you will be able to overcome it. 'Nobody can give you happiness if you don't want to be happy happiness come from inside'
