Her thoughts were a bit muffled as she heard him say, "Mate." "It can't be me. I don't feel a bond or anything." She thought to herself. She met his eyes again and realised he was looking behind her shoulder. Sirena turned around and saw Nora frozen in place as she was about to help Sirena up.
