I name my pimples and celebrate their farewell. I dream about unicorns and see horses with horns. I look at my shoes whenever I am awkward and I build stories about strangers whenever I am alone.

You say I am weird. I look in the mirror and say I am perfectly fine. You can judge my scars and laugh at my ugly sides but I won't apologize for being me. You have your rules and I have my own. I will make room for your stories but you don't get to pick on my differences.

I will stand and wear my weird smile. You can make me fall, you can push me to my extremes but I will still walk out like it never happened. You blend in with the crowd, you look like those million faces. I stand out, I carry my own face.
