The news is true. Bill is trying to have me killed or at least terroised until he can destroy me or undermining anything.. and corrupting people against me. It's been going on for so many years it's become back ground noise... But this time Bill has a new strategy.. it's the Handler: The Black man in The security suit .( and I do believe I was wrong on the color and lettering on said suit.. The reason I am uncertain is I've Vollenterd with Sheriff's for 9 year's.. They wore uniform color's.. so.. unless I'm sure.. ???. But a Security suit.. .for sure. So my belief which I'm hoping to convince a Police Officer of is this. Bill Sanders my brother is using the black man in the white car to get me in a general sense. Bill has a best friend. His name is Kelly Bell. Now every thing I tell you comes from that time. Which is about 1990 give or take 3 years. So me Bill,Kelly and his wife.(France's). is the topic.. of why Kelly Bell knows alot if not most of everything. So facts and staments and history.. Start head. Frist key factor is Kelly is Bill Sanders friend. Kelly told me this and more. Kelly also told me that his wife had something on him so he was basically owned. Scwered for the rest of his life.He accped it he said and just keeps on working. Kelly he's a good guy at heart and his wife owns him.But he has a Criminal minded friend Bill Sanders. Now more than likely Kelly and Bill stole a truck load of lumber. So this is 30 years ago. maybe more than one truck load. Probably more knowing my brother. Bill usted to steal Datsun mine pick-up trucks. He seemed to go for the 1978 years. So his scam was... buy a used junk Datsun pick-up from the junkyard. Fontana had a lot bact then. I seen him do it up in Santa Rosa when he live up there with his girlfriend Suzie. This was in the early to mid 1980's.. Bil probably got 5 or 6 truck's before he got cold. Then with a piece of flat mettle he would jimmy the door of the truck open hope in plug in his ignition from his truck turn his key and drive away. I got the hell away from him.. I guess he made 2000$ per truck.. back in the 1980 that was a lot of money.And the poor people's lives he destoyed.. The owner comes out of the store and no truck. Sicken. Sean Canny my age we were friends He move to Pardice California.. in the 1980s. He knew bill was a thief.. So Kelly won't talk mabey his wife.. a vishes female.. never know.. what she might say. Kelly was older then me at least 10 years he might be dead by Now. So bact then I lent my brother 10,000. I made 1,200 a week truck driving.. 18. wheels. Bill some how I don't know the details but the IRS agent was collecting Tax money from my SSID. So when I called him he said I owed 27,000 on State. and somewhere near 140,000 on Fed tax. I told the IRS man I was not smart enough to earn that kind of money.. The IRS man sail "I agree your not smart enough to earn that kind of money".. after a few minutes taping his computer. So the IRS man said they would no longer garnish my SSID. I told IRS man my brother. IRS man said if Bill fraded another person they would go after him But it was only me. So no action. So When I was at the Truck Yard in Corona..Called Bell's trucking where I worked in the past as a Truck driver. Now kelly told me all about all the Times Bill followed me and the slandering.. and the many people Bill brought again me.. There's to much information if I could remember enough ..this is a long time ago. So safe to say Kelly Bell knows Bill has try him self and got outhers to try and kill me. So this problem goes back to when I was 18. and older... more details will be in a chapter call Bill. Bill him self tryed to hurt or kill me 3 times twice I was faster. And once in the black Waters of mexico.. Late at night.. he lose his Nerv. So the time of this small band of Stalkers. Black man white car.. white cherokee jeep old. and the white little truck.. with the lic. plate of 23411 last 5 digets. 3 year's problem 6 year's.. it could go back in time before I'm awhete of. Bill is try to have me killed.. Phone calls could prove it real easy. Where's the pay off. probably a Secret Life Insurance policy.. He once worked for AL Williams.. before it changed its name. Now the person's Bill is in contact with besides the Black man White car..(which could be my brother's car).. is Tresea Kay Warren. My ex. girlfriend. Who knows Bill and helped Bill kind up a hit. So to the Officers who read this.. The Black man which you can find because I'll tell you who knows him. and Teresa.. Warren.. these are the people the are in a Conspersey to Commit Muder..Me the Victim.. I also left a Police report with Bishop Police Department.. 30 years ago.. about the problem. And the last factor ..where is the money.. because Bill is money minded.. And his friends don't work for free. I'm checking to see if I'll show up in the system.. if I find a policy I'll report it to the insurance company and police.
