An accident destroys a man face to the point that people find him disgusting to look at. The bullying pushes him to the brink, and now he's skinning other people's faces and using them to cover up his own. He became obsessed with taking other people's faces and making them his own, he love hearing the screams and cries of his victims as they bawl in agony. He find joy in what he does not caring about harming others, the bullying really had affected him that it messed with his mental and that's one of the reasons why he skin other people's faces and putting them on. He was sent to an Asylum but escaped , people reported sightings of him in a nearby alley and one night he was killed by a train. But till this day people reported sightings of a disfigured man searching for it's victims faces to wear.
