5. The teacher should examine and guide student relationship breakdown.

6. Guidance for dealing with drug addicted students.

7. To guide students with learning disabilities by making them aware of the problem of operators.

8. Training how to deal with violent minded students.


பள்ளியின் இன்றைய தேவை.

1. கல்வி பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்த ஆய்வுகளை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

2. பள்ளியில் ஏற்படும் பிரச்சனைகளுக்கு தீர்வுக்கு வழிகாட்டுதல்.

3. அந்தந்த பகுதிகளில் பள்ளிகளில் நிலவும் கள நிலவரத்தை பதிவு செய்து மாற்றங்களை ஏற்படுத்த முடியல வேண்டும்.

4. ஆசிரியர்கள் மனதளவில் தங்கள் பணி சமுதாயத்துக்கான பணி என்பதை உணரவும் குழந்தைகளை கையாளவும் துறையின் வழியாக பயிற்சிக்க வேண்டும்.

5. ஆசிரியர் மாணவர் உறவு சிதைவு குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்து வழிகாட்ட வேண்டும்.

6. போதைக்கு அடிமையான மாணவர்களை கையாள வழிகாட்டுதல்.

7. கற்றல் குறைபாடுள்ள மாணவர்களை கையாளர்கள் உள்ள சிக்கலை உணர வைத்து வழிகாட்டுதல்.

8.வன்முறை எண்ணமுடைய மாணவர்களை எவ்வாறு கையாளுவது என பயிற்சி அளிப்பது.
