hello everyone welcome to Tabrez Alam channel in this story I have come with something interesting that can help your body grow in our day to day life we eat many junk food cheap pizza burger snack chocolate sweet spices etc which is not good for our health so I I am giving you some name of some healthy foods that you should eat and exercises that will help your body grow

5)seafood: any seafood especially shellfish is an excellent food for increasing height. It contains a lot of energy vitamins , for examples B12.
seafood is also a source of high quality protein.I suggest eating seafood for dinner as it contains few carbohydrates.It activates the growth hormone while you are sleeping.
