Periods .... I know Many of us are bit concious talking about this ....
But Gradually after learning about it , I realised every teenager should be educated about this Menstural Cycle .
My dear sisters , If uh have any problem regarding this , feeling uncomfortable , feeling cramps etc , please talk to your mother , sister . It's a common problem for every girl .
I have noticed -looking at the red stains on the lower dress many of the strangers make faces , make coments instead of helping her .Whyy ?? .....
"Guys don't forget this blood is the same blood which protected you , when uh were in your mother's womb" .
It's a request from me to each and every reader , if uh find such situations , reach out the girl , help her with your cloth , get her to medical shop . Instead of making harsh comments on her .
Secondly , every parent , teacher , friends , sisters provide more and more knowledge about periods how to be keep hygiene , how to chnage pads ,etc ,to the teenage girls around youu .
Thirdly , if uh are uncomfortable to talk about this in person , surf on net how to relieve pains , and also don't believe in myths .More and more women's around the country should be taught about this ..
It's not a shame for us , it's a pride .
Onlyy we the women's have the power to give birth , to nurture a little child in our womb , to upbring the future generation .
