An Invincible Cowboy !
Mackensie used to be one of the most stupendous cowboys in the state of Colorado. He was indeed very desirable in his routine events like animal herding, and managing multiple ranches at the same time, which in turn, involved a lot of other activities like inspection of obsolete farm machinery, and their respective replacements, and last but not the least, he used to be commendable in managing cross border fences with other ranches, thereby providing a certain count upon belonging animals. He was incredibly noticed and received certain accolades of praises, from various district administrators of respective ranches. He was at the epitome of success, thereby generating a sense of envy and rivalry among other cowboys, since he proved to be significantly chivalrous.
It was just another routine day in the ranch, until Mackenzie's subdistrict officer received a call from one of the state senators, and he seemed to be charging the entire ranch for certain illegal works being carried on, with some misappropriation of funds. Scott, who was the concerned district officer, got incredibly perplexed with the charges being levied upon his district ranch, and in turn scheduled an emergency meet with several equestrians and active cowboys of the ranch, and seeked a specific reasoning on the same. Mackensie, who seemed to be the spine of several ranches, and would ideally execute an effective proxy role on behalf of chief district officers, was unfortunately not present during the meet, and several other cowboys were questioned radically on the same. Scott's meet was not heading anywhere, and he was certainly not getting any answers, as the entire ranch pretended to be clueless as things were progressing. The minutes of meet were certainly dimuntive, as there were no concrete information covering the entire agenda, which was indeed an enquiry on the charges. Scott finally in his own pretence, started ignoring calls from the senator's office in Denver and in turn was eventually called for a meeting, which was in person, with the state federal authorities addressed by the senator, and several other ranch staff and farmers were asked to be present for a discussion. The meeting started around 10 am at the state office, and all invited participants from several ranches and district's were present to produce justification on the imposed charges, apart from the senator. It seemed to be extraordinarily difficult to arrive at a consensus on the same, as a lot of folks pretended to be genuine scapegoats, thereby passing the buck and the sense of rationality to own certain crime files related to illegal trafficking of ranch animals like elk, bison and alpacus in the name of husbandry, followed by periodic slaughter, killings and to an extent of interspecific hybridization, which may have been prevailing, and is indeed counted to be illegal. There were a lot of ranches, which received specific enforcement notices from the state authorities backed by the respective judiciary, but a few of them, which included Scott's district was highlighted and primarily accused on the same. Everyone was in search for the senator, as he was not present at the physical meet, and amidst all of accusations and discussions, one of the junior officers of the senate, received a call from an unknown person, who stated to be an attorney of the highest court of the state, thereby advising the senate office to quash the allegations against the ranches. After hearing this out from the junior officer, Scott grinned a bit, though he was at a state of sheer surprise and mixed emotions, and in turn he tried calling Mackensie to check with him, and it was quite important, since he was not present at the very first ranch meet, post the senators call. The entire group started leaving the senators office, assuming to have received a long rope to bypass this particular ordeal, until and unless there were a couple of bullets which were relentlessly fired in the air, at the main exit of the building. It was a sudden juggernaut which struck the senator's office, and the entire group ducked for cover under the furnitures, thereby being a bit optimistic about the fact that, they might escape the bullets, and eventually all the other exit and entrance doors were suprisingly ceased from the exteriors, and no one was able to step outside the senators hall, and suddenly it was silence all over. Scott and a couple of other ranch sub leaders were definitely flabbergasted about what was happening, and now they genuinely seemed to be clueless, unlike the previous discussions, and amidst this silence of non-existence, a few shuffling of papers were heard from a distance, and alongside the main entrance hall, was a reflecting beam of light which flashed the entire group. There were a couple of folks accompanied by two FBI officials at the hall entrance, ordering the group to put their hands up, and to be at attention, by not moving around, since the officials were armed and at the gunpoint, and suprisingly there were two stallions standing near the hall, and were barebacked by two unconscious human beings, and they were indeed the senator, and the unknown person who imposed to be an attorney of the highest court, and the one who called in to quash the allegations. There was a majistrieum along with a few church officials who were also present in the hall, and one of the FBI officials were suprisingly Mackensie Watson, who was dressed in an enforcement uniform, unlike a cowboy rugged wear. Mackensie was an undercover cop of the FBI, who was deployed to monitor and witness several illegal ranch crimes which were not proven to be prosecuted, and inturn he disguised to be a cowboy of one of the ranches, which was indeed managed by Scott, and eventually he succeeded in performing several farm activities, which undoubtedly allowed a majority of ranch district heads elevate his authority in order to manage and govern other neighbour branches. It was almost a month, and Mackensie kind of deviated from his role of an undercover cop, and started getting inclined to all of those illegal trades, which were carried on by the ranches, and became hand in gloves with the people who actually commenced this organized crime, and it was quite evident, because he failed submitting week wise reports of the case to the FBI, and last but not the least, he directly started involving himself in several other activities of funds misappropriation and illegal monetary gains though trafficking of animals, and their unauthorised killings and hybridization to head counts in certain events and raising funds which were inevitably against state laws. One fine day, he visited a church, like he normally use to, and saw the majestrium weeping in front of the almighty, and in turn he wanted to check on the same with the father. When asked, the magestrium replied stating " I was unable to save a bison who shielded me from a bunch of thugs , who had an intention to mug and strangulate me to death last week in the nearby farm county, on my way to the Cathedral church ". Mackensie asked him a question " How did the bison die ?.
The father replied " He was a victim of an illegal ranch racket, which was conducted by county 234 headed by Mr Scott Wilson, and was killed for an illegal gain by one of the most effecient cowboys of ranch 234. Mackensie broke down terribly, as he was the one who killed that bison, since he closely identified and related to what the father had to narrate, and he definitely belonged to that ranch, which he was actually suppose to undercover on behalf of FBI. Mackensie confessed his crime actions which he facilitated and infact committed, and it inturn drove him to a sense of atonement, not only towards the bison and illegal trafficking, but also being unfaithful towards the FBI. Mackensie surrendered in front of the FBI, and happily put down his enforcement arms and uniform and warranted an imprisonment on the same. However, the majistrieum relayed the way, in which he manifested his crime and has been indeed honest on the same to his FBI head, and Mackensie stated one last thing to the FBI official, and it was " Apart from me getting incarcerated, I would want to go for one last thing, and that would be performing the undercover role which was assigned to me, so I would request with humility to grant my enforcement uniform to carry on this duty, and close thus entire ranch racket operating in the state of Colorado".

The FBI chief granted Mackenzie's wish on the same, and thats how the entire senate activity was planned, and both the senators and judicial official was involved in this never-ending racket, and that was indeed one of the reasons for this entire operation to be executed , which eventually busted this racket, and what we all see in the senators hall at this moment is several district ranch heads and cowboys signing the judicial papers confessing their crimes, and would certainly be prosecuted along with Mackensie.

"Mackensie imposted being the senator and called Scott, with relation to the charges, since the real one was himself involved in this, along with a couple of jury officials"

PS: Trafficking of animals in the name of husbandry seem to be illegal.

This is a fictious plot with an optimistic message for readers.
