THE CITY WITH NO LIGHTS (part-3)
it's been days, since that all happened now and the fear among people almost vanished...
now we all are roaming freely. on the radio,it was came that the wolf had came from other side of the city( from backside) and now that place is properly built...so now no fears..
it was Sunday evening and me and Edward has came to a nearby park...there are some other children too came with their parents and it is so good to know that people are happy now, unlike a few days before...
I was playing with Edward and he and me was enjoying our time..my parents too had went for a movie and Alex is at home with Natasha and some of his friends had came too...I enjoyed after a long time with my brother...I wish I had brought Natasha too...
till the time, me and Edward had finished playing, I can sense he got tired...it's 6:45, in the evening...so we both decided to go home now...most people had already left the park, and now me and edward was going towards our home, through a street, which is unusually quite today..in the afternoon it was okay...but now..I don't know,I was feeling strange...as me and edward was walking, I sensed that somebody is following US!..I freaked out!!..I held Edwards arm tightly, and slowly turned around only to see a man, who is wearing a coat, and looking...scared? of what? us?...no sooner, he noticed we saw him, he gestured for us to run away..I asked him "why" in hands sign, of course...he didn't took my word and just continued to say for me to run..I didn't understand,but after sometime, I sensed that I could hear something...I was confused..some voices and like "something"running...as I was in my thoughts, the man suddenly ran past me and edward and went in some house..and locked it. but why? I turned around again and saw, 3 Wolf's running and coming THIS WAY...omg!!!! I took Edward in my arms somehow and started running, but the Wolf's were faster of course.
before we could turn the streets, one wolf had already jumped on me and edward was cornered in some farther wall..I was shocked...ogod..Edward...he was crying and...uff! the wolf which jumped on me is top of me and iam fallen...I screamed alot and some noises I could hear, before feeling some pain at my face and hands...I was... trembling..my vision was getting blurry and I was...feeling very tired. I don't remember after that what happened..
when I opened my eyes, and tried to move, I felt pain in my hand..I saw it properly and noticed it was plastered...but why?..I touched my face and...I felt hurt...alot..then, I cleared my vision and saw my surroundings,lying there itself and noticed it is a hospital!!..but why I came here?? as I was wondering,I noticed the door of the room opened and mom came, following my elder bro Alex and stood in side of my bed...I was just staring at them..they were...staring me too for some time and Alex asked-' how..how are..you feeling..ma.. mallissa.."..his voice was breaking and suddenly he burst in tears and mom too...
I couldn't see dad anywhere...maybe he is completing the hospital formalities...I just nodded lightly to Alex question. he smiled a little..after some more time, I was able to remember slightly about what happened...as soon as I remembered it all, I was on the verge of crying...wolf..that coat man...Edward....yes! Edward! god..where is he??...I saw my mom and Alex and they were talking among themselves,I tried to open my mouth,but was feeling extreme pain in the neck.. I couldn't even move my head..I was feeling pain but more guilty...I don't even know where is Edward...I just remained like that and closed my eyes...
after 2 weeks...
I was still in the hospital,but better than before...I heard in the hospital tv, that 5-6 Wolf's and some snakes had came into the city...two families and one single boy was attacked by them...so unfortunate of them...I was still scared of that wolf thing...and about Edward, he..is in more... injuries...his face is badly bruised...and he is still in coma..I couldn't bear the sight of him being like that...he is so small, what was his fault??!..it's all mine...when it all happened, alana came the very next day too and she was updating me of every situation..I was glad for her...
currently, iam lying on my bed and Natasha is on the sofa, playing something on mom's mobile...mom is at home with Alex right now, have something to attend...father is also sitting beside Natasha, smiling at me..alana was sitting beside me...I was feeling bored, so I asked alana to open the tv...as soon as she opened it, the news about that wolf had came...I got more attentive now. the news said that they were successfully able to catch two Wolf's and others they are still searching and finding,how they came and from where....some days ago, some reporters had came and asked me about it..I said whatever I remembered about that day, feeling guiltier day by day...they nodded and asked something like that more and went away...
our city is quite small and simple... hospitals are far too... thankfully, I was not injured much unlike Edward...my baby...he was severely injured, so after some basic tests, he was shifted to the city hospital.. currently,iam in a local hospital which was not much far anyways..
