Someone: Are you okay?

Me: Yeah! I am okay...But whenever I take any Decision a sound comes from my mind and says,"Yes,You are right!" then another sound comes from my mind and says," Nah you are wrong ." And then the both sounds start fighting and my mind gets messed. But, I am still okay with it!
