(PART II) Do read first part.



I saw her running for life,

Behind her , someone was running with a knife,

She was running down the road as fast as she could,

A speedy car was coming from one side,

And another moment , I saw her dead on the roadside,

I tired to save her , but , my voice couldn’t reach her,

From a distant sight , I saw all of it,

But, why she didn’t saw me,

I was sitting in the car a kilometer away from her house?

I was not even able to move out of my car,

As if , something was holding me back,

I wanted to , immediately run toward her,

But, I saw my hands and legs tied with chain,

I tried hard to break it,

I was screaming out for help,

Calling her name again and again!

My heart , was in extreme pain,

I saw all of it happening in front of me,

And I couldn’t help her,

I…..let her die……….

And I could hear her voice echoing in my mind again,

“I Always fine” and that smile of hers ,

I could see and hear it all clearly,

I was looking all around me , Screaming at top of my voice,

Suddenly ,I heard the tune of a song,

One’s , twice and then thrice,

I saw her and the road fading away,

I got free from the chain, and started running towards her,

The sound of the song started getting louder and louder,

She disappeared and I saw a bright light ,
I slowly stepped into the brightness,
And in the next moment ,
My eyes got open.

 
My heart was pounding as if , it would come out,

Anxiety surrounded me , but when I looked around,

I was on my bed , with shivering hands and screaming her name,

As soon, as I relaxed myself ,

I realized it was only a dream,

Then I turned off my alarm,

But, that dream was running inside my mind,

And next moment ,my heart asked me “don’t you think that she needs help”?

I was clueless about everything and was feeling numb;

That smile of her, was running through my mind again,

All , I wanted was her to be free, but from what ?

I know nothing about her, to set her free,

I know a girl,

And her name is mystery.
