In the sixties, much more than today, people entered the drug trade to have fun and get easy money. Besides, it was something that didn't offer any risk to be done, for they could count on police and justice protection. After all, the cops, politicians and justice folks got a good share off that criminal activity too. It was like it is nowadays, but in the sixties politicians, police and justice involvement with criminal activities, mainly with drug trade, was rampant. Only gullible people believe the autopsy results the police supplied after the Cielo murders. Besides, it's easy to deduce that tons of drugs were found in Cielo and in the Labianca's. It's also easy to deduce what they did with all that stuff... The unlucky underdog Charles Manson fitted in the scapegoat role perfectly... So, he was used shrewdly and criminally by the official crooks.... Moral of the story: All the shit was covered up, they got away with it and lived happily ever after...
