little nightmare
Let me tell you about my worst little nightmare, it happened in the day of my sixteenth birthday, I usually think its a present from the man above .The little girl that cries in the past about any little irritation, that girl, oh, how I hated her and her bouncy ponytail, her naive smile and words, the way she speaks? I used to think what happened that day was a little retribution she deserved, a little poke to bring her out of her naive unrealistic pink bubble.

The day was like any other day in her life, Abigail woke up a little to early for her long awaited sixteenth birthday, dressed up in her favourite little white skirt with silk satin design at the side of her pink top, she got out of the house at dawn looking fragilily naive more than usual in her outfit

she decided to leave the house for a few hours, giving her parents some time to prep and decorate the house in the likeness to a birthday party

A few hours later, like she had wanted, she hopped down the street, excited about the birthday present she hoped that she’d get. she skidded to a stop to greeting the privy weird uncle that stares at her everytime she passes his shop prompting her to greet him even though she always feel clawing uncomfortable dread at the pit of her stomach.

this time though was different, this time he wasn’t at his shop, his gate was wide open with random item thrown around, it looks like someone ransacked the place.
Abigail, even though a little curious decided that wasn’t her business,

she looked the other way and resumed her run back to her house.

innocent Abigail in her bubble ignored a few quite unsettling thing in that shop, one of those things was her missing bangle she thought she had forgotten at a friend’s house and a little white handkerchief that now looked oddly dark or the beady eyes peaking at her from a corner of the shop, she was too deep in her bubble to notice.

that afternoon, just a few hours into the day of her sixteenth birthday. an innocent soul was lost,
Abigail stood at her wide open door, blood drained from her face, stuttering, not able to comprehend what she is seeing.
she found what was suppose to be her parents and little brother brutally mutilated, their barely attached skin now colored blue, her house painted in red, her birthday Design and presents now covered in blood, what was suppose to be a blissful day, it was now forever ruined.

”I hoped you enjoyed the story” Abigail whispered sitting in front of an oddly familiar man.

an innocent soul now dyed black with only one thing on her mind, revenge.

the lifeline of her bubble did end and so did her smile.
