I love my kids, they are sacred. The bliss we feel when we hold them, the joy and laughter they bring to our lives. Innocence fill their eyes. I can't imagine anyone of them harmed, starving or in fear. There's nothing I fear more.
I'll never forget that day when a young boy approached me at a bus terminal. He asked me for money. He was dressed in rags, he had no shoes or shirt. The only thing that this child owned, was the torn red shorts around his waist. He begged me to help him.
Fifteen minutes before he came to me, I saw him walk between the crowd. With his hands he begged, and he was ignored. There was a man snapping at him, and chased him like a dog... This boy was nine years old!
The innocence in this boys eyes, brought tears to mine... Look what's become of us. The false idols of this world has blinded us so badly, its caused poverty and divided nations, and broken families. The children are starving, they are the leaders of tomorrow.
The giant we face is as big as we allow it to be. The ego of a man, capable of the unthinkable...
We've wiped out nations, women and our children through our selfish efforts and intentions. The cycle never ends, just because it's too hard for some people to change.
Countries are at war, and the world live in fear. Yet the biggest problem in this world, is our way of thinking.
There's only one God, yet so many pathways that lead to His Kingdom. We all have our own choice in life, that's the beauty. If we truly seek understanding, then God will grow in His glory and man will unite.
The world is not going to change for the better of you, you need to become better to change the world.

Amen
