REGINA
"Are you comming to the party"?. my twin sister said eagerly.
"I wanted to but I am really busy with work". I said trying to cover up my lie.
I work with estate agency and housing outlet. That was the only way to lie because I wasnt ready to tell my twin sister Vera about what I intended to do on that day.

"I wouldn't have bought identical dresses for us if you wasnt comming Regina". "I wanted to introduce my manager to you". Vera, my sister said disappointedly. I believed Vera was seeing her manager at work. she was invited to his daughters party and that sound a bit weird to me.
Vera sent me the address where the party will be held and also a pictures of her manager to me on WhatsApp saying how cute he was but to my surprise he was very sexy.
I mean he was the type I would go for.
She also told me Alex had 2 year old daughter and he was planning to have a party for his daughter.
The identical dress Vera bought was so beautiful.
Its red strapless dress and it exposed my curves.
My intentions was to wear that dress on that day to the party without my sister finding out.

VERA
My twin sister is moving very funny.
I mean she texted me on whatsapp she was coming.
I dont know what stopped her.
She is a hardworking person but its such a shame because we look very alike that people confuse us. We do things together and wear the same clothes. I am younger than my sister Regina.
I will go to my manager's invitation and see how it goes. There will be my other colleagues aswell. It shouldnt be a problem if she wasnt comming.

REGINA
The building was so nice and it was fully packed.
I saw at the back stage a guy holding a little girl.
Am sure that's Alex I said to myself.
He looks like the picture Vera sent to me on whatsapp.
He looks even better in real life.
I was trying to hide in the crowd so I wasn't caught up with my sister.
I was wearing the same dress as her so maybe her manger wouldn't notice since we looked alike.
I hope Vera wears that dress she bought for us.
I am older than Vera just a couple of hours.
I hope she did her hair like mine because her signature hairstyle she liked was curly pinned up hair especially for special occasions.
I went a bit earlier than the time vera told me.
The crowd wasn't as huge.
Maybe she wasnt in the building now. I thought to myself.
I went to him in the private room.
There was security guards.
"Hello Vera". "you look good". said a girl with a red hair
I can't believe they thought am my sister
"Thank you i smiled".
As soon as the security saw me they opened the door to let me in the private room
Yes! it worked.
They thought I was Vera
"Nice to see you Vera".
I thought you was on your way a few minutes ago.
That was quick ,Alex said comming to me with a hug.
I was just playing around I lied to him trying to hug him as he moved closer.
My sister must have texted him she is on her way. HOLY SHIT, I thought to myself.
"Its fine as long as your here" Alex said.
"I have gotten a different number if you dont mind me giving it to you aswell". I said.
Giving him my number was my only choice to get in touch with him.
"Sure I can give it to you".
I needed to get out of here before Vera called him I thought.

ALEX
Vera looked different but very beautiful than usual.
Vera was acting strange.
The fact that she saw my daughter and never remembered her name is a bit weird but maybe she forgot.
She picked up my daughter but stephanie was just looking at her in her eyes.
Vera used to laugh and play with my daughter.
"I need to go back to my colleagues outside". She said walking out of the private room.
"Ok". "Vera I will check up on you later".
I was celebrating a party for my daughter stephanie and I decided to invite all my staff at work.
My phone started ringing.
I picked up.
"Am outside" Vera said over the phone to me.
I was confused at this point.
I mean Vera just left me so why is she calling.
"Erm I am comming", I said.
I went with my daughter stephanie to see Vera
She looked beautiful in that red dress, I kept thinking to myself.
I couldnt stop looking at her

VERA
"Hello my Cutie"
Stephanie smiled at me while I picked her up.
She started pulling my hair.
ououch! I smiled. gently pulling her hands from my curly pinned hair.
"Why you here all by yourself?".
Alex asked
"I couldnt get anywhere to park". I replayed
"Come and let's go and pop champagne".
"Party time".

REGINA
I need to get the fuck out of here.
If I get caught by my twin sister,my life will soon be over. I would have left long time ago but the people I been meeting thinks am Vera.
It must be her colleagues and friends she told me about.
I immediately grabbed my thick red gown from the floor and rushing my way at the door.. SHIT...
I went back in as quick rushing inside the building.
I can see my twin sister Vera,Alex and his daughter coming inside the building from a parking lot.
As soon as I saw them, I went back to the building looking around like am lost in the jungle.
I saw male and female private toilet.
I quickly went inside the female toilet to hide. I need to find means of ways to get out of here as soon as possible.

VERA
"Thanks for the invite Alex".
"Its getting to 1am so I will take my leave" I said happily.
"I can drop you to your house if you dont mind". "you cant go by yourself". Alex said.
"I can leave my car and drop you with your car just to know that your safe".
"Dont worry about me" he added.
Alex is very caring and I like that about him.
He drove my car which was 50minutes drive.
His daughter was fast asleep on my lap.
As soon as we got to my house, Alex whispered "can I have stephanie".
"We need to go, its late".
"You can stay tonight and go tomorrow".
"You can go pick your car from the party tomorrow".
I said to Alex.
"Are you sure"? he asked
"Of course".
Alex was very caring and handsome and I wondered why he ended up as a single dad.
I kinda fancied Alex but it was weird because he never proposed to me or asked me out.
He was also my manager so I dont know what he thinks about me.
Alex slept on the sofa while I slept on the bed with me and his daughter stephanie.
