Kelvin Rogers
Act 1, scene 3.

The curtain rises as Kelvin and his friends walk towards the school field, their footsteps echoing in the empty hallway. It is the closing hour of the school day, and the sun is slowly setting in the sky. Kelvin is chatting with his friends, his mind filled with thoughts of the upcoming training session.

Suddenly, Kelvin stops in his tracks as he sees his father, Mr. Rogers, waiting for him at the entrance of the school. This is unusual, as Mr. Rogers usually sends the company driver to pick Kelvin up or communicates through the school administration. Kelvin's heart pounds in his chest as he approaches his father, a sense of foreboding washing over him.

As Kelvin reaches his father, Mr. Rogers envelops him in a tight embrace, his face grave and sorrowful. In a hushed voice, he breaks the news to Kelvin - his mother has passed away in a tragic car accident. Kelvin's world comes crashing down around him as he struggles to comprehend the sudden loss of his beloved mother.

Tears stream down Kelvin's face as he tries to process the devastating news. His friends stand by him, offering their support and condolences. Mr. Rogers guides Kelvin to the waiting car, his strong hand a source of comfort in the midst of overwhelming grief.

As they drive away from the school, the setting sun casting a golden glow on the horizon, Kelvin's mind is consumed with memories of his mother - her laughter, her warmth, her unwavering love. The world seems dim and empty without her presence, and Kelvin's heart aches with the pain of her absence.

The sound of a mournful melody fills the air as the curtain falls, leaving Kelvin and his father to navigate the painful journey of loss and healing together.
