The sky was singing, and the clouds were dancing, rain that pours down when the thunders strike.
When I entered our home I saw my husband sitting on the sofa, in front of him a wooden table was placed, and my eyes reached the table I saw our wedding ring lying on the table. I had an idea of what was going on but still, I ignored my thoughts.
With a smiling face, I nervously walked toward him and sat opposite the table, before he could say anything I removed my wedding ring and placed it beside his on the table. Looking at each other, we both were at a loss for words. A sigh is what I express and say,
so, this is it then. I was thinking about how to start this conversation, I had an idea that our relationship would end, but this is how it would be I had no idea. I had so much to say, but now I don't know what to say.
With absolute silence in that room, we both looked at each other once in a while. I was looking at our wedding rings and was about to walk out. He said,
"I'm sorry" I never wanted our relationship to end like this, I have known you since we were kids, you were first my mom's friend's daughter then my friend, and then you became my wife, and I have always respected you and loved you. He stopped for a moment and said,
It's not that I'm thinking about leaving you,
it's just that
I don't have a choice but to leave you.
Hearing those words my eyes were moist
So much to say but nothing comes out of my mouth.
Walking out of the room I walked out of his life........
He did not end our relationship neither did I it's fate, destiny had some other plans for us.
