Who am I?
Who am i, or Who do you say i am?
Have you ever ask yourself that question, or has anyone ever ask you who are you? I love Matthew's response to this question. Matthew 16:15 a He saith unto them, But whom say ye that i am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God... Moses was posed with the same Question Who are he or who do people say he is? "Moses said to God, Suppose I go to the Israelites and say unto them, "The God of your fathers has sent me to you," and they ask me, "What is his name?" Then what shall I tell them?' "God said to Moses, 'I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: I AM has sent me to you." ' You ask me Who i am? My answer is I am a child of God, Daughter of Zion, princess in His Royal Court, a daughter, sister, mother, wife, aunt, friend, confidant....... If you ask me Who he is? This is my response He Is: Morning Star, Rose of Sharon, Lily of the Valley, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Alpha and Omega, The Beginning and The End... Author and Finisher of our Fate....Lord of Life, Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Lamb of God, Horn of Salvation, Sun of Righteousness, Shepherd and Bishop of Souls, Root of David just to name a few.... Lastly, Who am i you might ask? I am a Woman of God, Woman after God's own heart, one who does not need anyone or anything to define me or to complete me.....
To ask someone to define you without first knowing the answer yourself is dangerous... The next time someone asks you who you are, your response should be a I am daughter of the High Priest....
