Maintaining soul consciousness often requires conscious reminders that we are on a spiritual journey. Affirmations serve as powerful tools for reprogramming the subconscious mind. Personally, I've experimented with various techniques, such as the mirror technique. By placing a sticky note on my mirror with the affirmation "I am a soul on a journey," and consciously reading it every morning for a week, I've noticed a shift. Now, whenever I pass by that mirror, the affirmation effortlessly plays in my mind, reinforcing my soul consciousness throughout the day.
The second technique involves affirming water. It's been proven that water can capture our vibrations, so whatever thoughts we have while drinking water become affirmed. While taking a sip, we can silently repeat in our minds, "I am a soul on a journey." This practice helps to embed the affirmation deeper within our subconscious, further enhancing our soul consciousness.
The third technique I personally use is the smartwatch technique. I set my goals as the faces of my smartwatch. By setting it to display "I am a soul on a journey," every time I check the time, I automatically affirm this statement. It serves as a constant reminder throughout the day, reinforcing my soul consciousness and keeping me aligned with my spiritual journey.
The fourth technique is the journaling technique. Keep a diary handy and before going to bed, write the affirmation "I am a soul on a journey" at least 21 times. This allows your subconscious mind to absorb it while you sleep. Then, as the first thing in the morning, write it again 21 times. This consistent practice helps embed the affirmation deeply into your subconscious, reinforcing your soul consciousness throughout the day.
The fifth and perhaps most powerful technique is the gratitude technique. Every day, express gratitude in the present tense, such as "I am a soul on a journey. Thank you, divine, for this journey." The more gratitude we cultivate, the more we manifest our affirmations. Gratitude amplifies the energy of our affirmations, reinforcing our soul consciousness and attracting positive experiences along our journey.
These are five easy and practical techniques to shift your body consciousness to soul consciousness gradually. By incorporating these methods into your daily routine, you can cultivate a deeper awareness of your spiritual journey and align yourself with your true essence as a soul.
