"Julia ?" Ivan asked when she stopped walking. "Something wrong, baby ?"
But Julia was already off the path, crossing the grass to look behind the fountain.

The note is signed Cupid, and Julia knows that this archer's arrows are tipped with venomous intent. The object of the stalker's wrath is Theta Pi, the sorority house where Julia is staying. Pledging to unmask the Valentine's Day avenger, Julia discovers that Cupid has taken aim at a new target. Suddenly she is in the line of fire . . . and terror !
