I.D.K., why I recollected today this dialogue from '3 Idiots' movie, "हंटर के डर से तो सर्कस का शेर भी बैठना सीख जाता है। हम तो इंसान हैं।".. My love for my unborn kids has to be in sync with this thought, I feel.. Even though I have been a top-performer throughout my academic and professional career, it is my firm resolve that I shall not let my kids be put in a rat-race until early adulthood.. By God's grace, this thought came to my mind that I do not aim for my children to be Trophy-children, something I did not give a thought to earlier.. They can totally learn and grow at their own pace and with their own free will.. Who am I to get a person to lose the child in him/her, and thus stifle the actual, well-deserved, joyful growth-trajectory for the person I would be co-creating with my husband.. After all, he/she too would be a child of God, a special, unique and well-brought up one at that..
