Tara, an Architect by profession married to Virat, a doctor. They both live along with Virat's parents, Geetha and Madhav. Tara is career-oriented and Virat supports her. Madhav is a retired government officer and a proud father and father-in-law. Geetha down-to-earth woman who takes care of the house and family.

Geetha does not talk much to her daughter-in-law and at the same time does not hate her, or say anything bad to her. Tara tries her best to spend some quality time with her mother-in-law whenever possible.

Once Virat needs to go to a medical camp for one week, and this medical camp is in a village where his mother’s childhood was spent.
