My Love gamble

After being shattered into a million pieces.
I used gold to fix that what had been broken..
Feeling hopeless. And lil past worthless.
Knowing I can't lose much.
I decided to take a gamble.
So I slapped on the table. That gold I used to put my heart together..
But the stakes by my apponent were much greater.
My soul was on the line..
In exchange for that greater love.
I have gambled my soul and all that gold.
For that true love.
In other words I gambled for love.
And my opponent being the devil.
Opening bets are in.
Poker faces are seen.
His eyes that of a cat and express mean..
Mine showing fear of losing all..
It being not much at all....

Staring at my opponent in eye.
Knowing all those stories as a kid are about him.
