Valentine Day, a day to remember..
As the name suggests to most of us, Valentine is an exchange of gifts for someone you love and show your affection for the person. However, Valentine was taken from a Latin word meaning “strength”. Valentine's Day, also called Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine, is celebrated every year on February 14. The celebrations begin a week before with Rose Day, Propose Day, Chocolate Day, Teddy Day, Promise Day, Hug Day, and Kiss Day. It has become more like a festive week and everyone wants to be a part of this in some way or the other.

The exchange of gifts may not be between lovers only, but can be with anyone you really like, may be, a family member, a friend or so on. It signifies your love and affection for the person with whom you have some attachment and want to show. We can show our love and affection with a Greeting Card or flowers or something of a significance or usage to the person which they will cherish and keep it close to them. I often wonder why do we have to show this affection through a gift, but then I get an answer, it’s a form of showing your love for them. I remember when I had gifted a rose and a chocolate to my love on Valentine day, and felt really good from the core of my heart. We ate the chocolate together and had so much of fun that day. Actually it’s all about the feelings for each other and you feel like you want to express through a gift , which is absolutely fine.

Let’s make this Valentine a memorable one, spend quality time with our loved one, show our love and affection for them in our way.
