Kevin was sitting in his room playing video games when his mom opened the door to his room and told him he needed to go outside. Kevin really didn't want to, but he knew there was no point in arguing with her. Kevin stood up and turned off his game. Kevin threw on some jeans and socks. He walked out of his room and down the stairs. Kevin's baby sister was asleep in her crib. Kevin grabbed his jacket that was hanging on the wall next to her room, and he grabbed his shoes from under the table below where the coats were hanging. He walked out the back door to put on his shoes. As Kevin tied his shoes he looked down in the woods, the trees moved from left to right. The cold fall air rushed by Kevin's face and made him shiver. Kevin zipped up his jacket and proceeded to walk down the porch steps and into the woods. Kevin didn't like to go outside, but when he does have to he always goes in the woods. Kevin was walking down in the woods one day when he found a trail, Kevin followed the trail all the way, the trail ends right at a pair of train tracks. Sometimes Kevin would go down to the train tracks and watch the train go by, one day he was standing next to the tracks while a train was going by (one reason why Kevin likes watching the trains go by was because he liked to see all the graffiti), a chunk of metal fell off the train and landed on the other side. Once the train finished going by Kevin walked across the tracks to the other side to what it was that had fell. The metal was stuck in the ground. Kevin reached down to grab it. He picked it up and inspected it. The shape was round, and it was pretty thick, ever since then Kevin kept the chunk in his room up on his dresser. Kevin stood next to the track, his hands in his pocket. There was no train in sight. Kevin stepped on the tracks and stared down them. While Kevin was standing there he realized that he had never walked the tracks. Kevin started walking down them, every so often he'd look behind him to check if there was a train coming. "Tooooot, tooooot." Kevin quickly looked behind him and saw a train coming full speed towards him Kevin went to jump to the side but he couldn't move, he was frozen where he was. The train keep getting closer and closer but Kevin couldn't do anything.
