The gone is gone, let bygones be bygones, everyone in the world has worries more than me and you but everyone's worry, pain is more for them.
As the girl that I talked about my previous stories who was suffering so much from depression, anxiety, fear that her mental health issues increased, she has recovered not wholly. She cries with no specific reason and suffer for no good sin.

The day was shiny but dark in her mind, she thought and thought with no stoppage to her thought, all negatives, and positives had no chance, her mind was loud but her mouth was coverd with shroud.
Thankfully, her mom saw her awful that day, she was scrolling and scrolling with no good thought, people became her enemy, going places was like ghost for her, fear was so strong that she was even thinking of dropping out of her college. She told everything to her mom and her mom immediately gave her the "Granthraj" of all times, "The Bhagavat Gita".She asked her to read, to just read one Shlok.

Willing is so so important in a person's life, no matter in what situation we are, what we are going through but the main thing is that do we really want to suffer like this, endure such pain, she didn't want to suffer more and so she took that book and read just one shlok , just one. That was the day and today is the day, she immediately went to her mom and said ,"Maa, I feel some amount of relief, a feeling of security , I feel some power is holding me, will hold me through my journey, maa I will go to college no matter what, I will face this, I will".
Just by reading that she felt so powerful is really insane and divine.

There is a supreme power beyond our understanding, everytime we think why that's happening, why this need to happen to just me, we never think this could be for our good, for our happiness. The girl is me, me is the one, awful, swimming in the water of pain, holding all those grudges and making the small child inside suffer like this.

Everything is in our minds, I know, to stay positive during your bad times is tough, way tougher but as we know everything needs practice, this too . We really need to understand that we can't control our lives, that if something bad happens we cry, we sob and get into depression, this only happens when we do not have the certain knowledge of life. So understand, everything that happens, happens for good, let's be grateful and give attention to what we have rather than what we don't.
