but then hears a big thud

james look out to see the ambulance hanging in a tree with the driver dead with his ears bleeding

james try to call the 911 dispatch but cannot for some reason

james: i gotta escape but let me check this house first

james goes to the next room, the bathroom

james find a children's drawing again
but this time it was the siren thing crushing a person while his ears where bleeding...
