Hush #2
"This one, or this one!?"

KonKon jumped to one body, then to the next. "Time is not with us darlings. Chose wisely. Tiktok, tiktok."

"KonKon, it's almost daylight!"

"Well chose!"

"Both!"

"Both?" I sighed. We should hear their mothers calling out. "Your right, both will do, mercy should work on them. I hope their new families support blood-thirsty demons."

KonKon bent down and looked up into the darkness, the hole was so wide. "Be right back..." She taunted. The princess of Darkness left them sitting at the top, then returned with the little girl looking super drowsy. "Now, the next girl?"

"What are you waiting for Ahana!?"

"What's my name?"

"KonKon...Sweetheart, look at me, we need to get out of the light before we turn to ash."

"Do I look like a sweetheart!? Who the hell do you think you are?"

"Woah, okay-"

"This is my game!"

"I thought you didn't like-"

"Ahana doesn't like games, not since the humans tried playing with her, they used her like a rag doll, that's when I finally got to come out and play. The drugs they kept using on Ahana finally wore off, and then, I got high off their blood," casually I grabbed a piece of grass. "Now tend to this poor girl, I will go, and save the other misfortunate creature."

"I don't think that is Ahana anymore Kaya."

KonKon smirked as she went and saved the little girl. There was a slither of daylight rushing towards them, Kaya and Onkar ran fast with the little girl. The girl limped and tried keeping up, but she cried out so loud for her mother. That small girl with the broken neck stared into KonKon's eyes. "You will die if I don't help you."

It looked as if the tiny girl was straining to say something, but she just couldn't. "It's okay, I'll help you." KonKon heard Onkar yelling, but she didn't pay any attention. Rays of light were beaming down onto the two girls. "Listen to me, you are really hurt and it's honestly my fault, I'll help you, but you can never go home to your family, you must stay away from them."

A small trickle left her eye, how could I do this!? Now that was Ahana speaking inside the head. "Shut it Ahana!"

The sunlight wasn't doing anything to KonKon. The yelling of those parents got close until finally, they caught a glimpse of their disgusting spawn. They stared at me, "who are you!?"

"I'm KonKon," I held my hand out, but nobody shook it, "aww...that's too bad."

"What are you?"

My smile accidentally gave away my fangs, I stopped smiling and then crossed my arms. "What does it look like? A child, that's what I am."

"You look like a teen."

The woman in red crouched down to her little girl and started sobbing. "Listen to me red creature, I will save your daughter, but in return, she must stay with me for eternity."

"What?"

"I am KonKon, Princess of Darkness, and I was just playing a little game with your kids, but it seems they got hurt while I went away for a bit."

"What kind of monster are you!?"

I thought teeth gave it away. "You have nineteen seconds to say yes, or no, if you say no, I have no other choice but to let your daughter die, but if you say yes, then you are agreeing to a binding that will keep your daughter alive for several years to come, she won't age, won't die, unless she comes into contact with sunlight, but I promise I'll take care of her."

"You're a vampire..."

"Red-blooded, cold-hearted, at your service!"

"B-u-but-"

"Seventeen..."

"She's my daughter!"

"Fourteen...tiktok, tiktok."

"Yes! Fine!"

I smiled then slowly went over and placed my lips on her throat. Her eyes shut fast and she stopped breathing, her body began to grow cold like mine. "The process is starting, thank you for playing my game."

KonKon then watched as her new friend lifted to her feet, perfectly fine. "Now, will one of you darlings like to give this new vampire a drink?" Her mother frowned. "You said you'd help her! Not turn her into one of you!"

"No, I'm afraid you misunderstood, I said she'd spend eternity with me," she looked worriedly at her mother. "Mommy..."

"Slowly the day will turn, and more vampires will lurk about, these other vampires will feed on others of their kind, but with me, your child shall be safe...and my friend for eternity. She cannot ever see you-"

"I'd like to be whatever she is!"

"You would sacrifice yourself, just to be with her?" I was confused now. "Of course, I would!"

"Oh," I looked down at my feet. "You like games?"

"Yes, but only my games."

"Well here is a game, you turn me into a vampire, and I show you how to play some of my games."

KonKon turned and looked at Kaya and Onkar. They were freaked out. "Okay, but you gotta promise it will be fun," KonKon had this cute look on her face. Games always made KonKon happy. "I promise."

The little girl clung to her mother as KonKon approached her. "You will be a good vampire?" She questioned the woman. "You will promise to serve under the world of Darkness? You will serve my Daddy forever?" She blinked when KonKon said that. "Serve?"

"Yes, it means you will follow our ways of the kingdom. You can live as you are, but if you ever want to see the daylight again, then you have no other choice but to kill another vampire, and I mean my kind, there are stages in which we work. There are the top dogs and the underdogs. You would be an underdog, a civil vampire."

"Right..."

She took a look at her daughter. "Do you have a husband?"

"No...we divorced."

"Well that's good, I'm guessing you don't see much of this little one then?" Sadly the woman just nodded. "If it makes you feel any better, Ahana spent fourteen years alone, abandoned by her parents."

"Who is Ahana?"

"An old pasting, another side of me, she is weaker and doesn't like games. KonKon likes playing games though. I and Ahana talked frequently when we were alone, playing hiding go away was hard though."

"I bet. It sounds pretty lonely KonKon."

I smiled at the lady, "I like you," I then paid attention to the woman that had white hair and eyes so blue, "witch, you understand that I have your daughter?"

"Of course."

"You also understand how big of an opportunity this is to be turned into a vampire?" Her eyes stayed tied to her little girl, who was being held by Mommy. "Do...you wish to fight for her? Or give her up? Because I need another friend."

"Friends? You can't force them to be friends with you."

"Yes, I can. I can have anything I please." My eyes started blinking fast, Ahana must want to come out and play, she won't like the sunlight though. "Ahana! You're not coming out to play!" I stomped my foot. One stride and my lips were sealed onto her throat, deepening my red thickened bloody eyes. It felt off, something was wrong with her blood. "You, are sick."

The woman didn't disagree, but she did stand up. Her eyes flickered and she let this howl out. I was now grabbing the little girl's hand. "Want to play a game?"

"No!"

"I said! Play a game!"

"I don't want to KonKon!"

"But...I do...so you have to."

"Mommy!" The girl cried out. Her mother fell right on over, the witch shared eye contact with me. "I want my child back princess of Darkness, I don't wish anyone harm. Just, please give her back."

"I saved her, it's my game! To get her back! You have to follow rules!"

"What rules?"

"Never disobey me."

"What?"

"You all are now mine..." I waved my hand making the crying girl and mother disappear into my realm of chaos. "This is the cruelest game KonKon, forcing-"

"I didn't force anyone to do anything, they made their choice, pretty wisely, now, choose how your fate is going to turn witch, or else your daughter is going to have eternity to play with me."

"You're possessed, princess. I can sense this darkness in you, when we met the first time, this wasn't like you, you were so kind and shy-"

"That is Ahana! Not KonKon! I am KonKon! This is me! Now get down on your knees witch!" My hands smacked the ground forcing her to her knees. "You are being the monster, that everyone thought you were KonKon, please Ahana! I beg of you! Come out!"

Was she trying to use magic on me? To force some random thing out of me? No, I wasn't going to let her just take me away from Ahana, Ahana needs me, she's worthless without me. "Ahana doesn't want to play!" I screamed at the woman, just screaming made her nose and ear start drooping with blood. "I am KonKon!"

"No! You are Ahana! Deep down you know this is wrong! What you did to Alex's child then her! What are you planning on doing with Abby, KonKon!?"

My sharp tooth sank into my bottom lip, and my hands started shaking, "she's going to be my friend for eternity Lila, and she's going to be the most powerful witch of all time, the two of us together would be able to do wonders."

"This was it? This is what you wanted!? To be like your parents!?"

"My parents? Didn't I tell you? Ahana's parents abandoned her, they are nothing. They have a title, I have a name to protect, now are you ready to play round number two?"

"Round two?"

"Yes, it's where I blow this whistle right here, and if you can't spot all the bunnies in the field, then I win and get your daughter as a prize."

"Now what if I win?"

"If you win, you get to walk away."

"With, Abby."

"No, silly...not with Abby."

"Then I'm not playing."

KonKon started crying and rubbing her eyes. The sky got very dark, and the sun took the image of an eclipse. "You will play with me!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

"Stop being childish! You are how old!?"

KonKon then plopped down like a baby and started making a scene. This gave her parents a chance to come into the rain and switch daughters. "KonKon! Come, home baby girl, if you do, I promise we will play."

KonKon looked up at her parents. "Promise?"

"Yes-"

"Pinky promise!?" Her tiny finger plucked up in her face almost. Her mother sealed the pinky promise, and with that promise, it poofed up like a bat. "You can't break this promise, Mommy, I hope you know what you're getting yourself into."
