Case report
Further investigation on the Sentinel-6 Incident.
On the 5th of April, the investigation on Site Sentinel-6 was halted when a storm appeared in the area. The appearance of the storm was unexpected as we had previously assumed it would appear in weeks rather than days. The investigation crew was immediately evacuated from the site.
On the 10th of April, the storm dissipated and the Investigation crew was sent back to Site Sentinel-6.
Upon arrival, the entire facility changed. Most of the facility is now covered in moss and rust. Every area that was secured previously is now in ruins and the facility was swarming with Entity 009's 'Offspring'.
A few members of the Investigation crew have been killed during the 3 days of sweeping through the swarm of 'Offspring'.
The security gates that we had broken through were repaired. But, they were fully functional and the security override codes now work, allowing the crew to move through the facility.
However, Class-1 security systems still seem to remain the same.
Many corpses were discovered in the facility. Most of them belong to the Sentinel-6 Maintenance crew and The Security Task Force but some were unknown. They appear to be Facility members yet their IDs do not much with anyone within the Helixion Databases.
For safety purposes, we have limited the amount of time spent within the facility as we theorized that the facility is under the influence of an Entity. Further investigations are required to prove this theory.
A few more Audio logs were found that were made by the Class-3 Researcher, Leslie Addams. But the majority of the contents of the Audio logs were corrupted beyond restoration.
