Tension and Intention
Dear reader,
Ram ! Ram! Pranam! Now a days there are lot of people who are complaining to have tension. Tension is common when intention is not clear. Most of us start worrying, when the questions arise:, What will happen? How will I get success? How will I survive? etc. The answer of these all questions is only one. and that is Intention. Ask yourself, what is your intention? When intention is not clear, attitude will keep changing, due to changing attitude, the consistency of practice in any field will not be constant. Constant effort with perseverance, passion and patience is always expected in any field. We can not invest our time, energy, knowledge and money in a required field, because we are not clean and clear about what we actually want to do. We want name, fame and money fast so we are tempted to change the way of thinking and working again and again. This makes us tired and frustrated. Actually we don't want to face the pain, that's the reason we get too much pain. There is no need to run after temporary and tiny pleasures, and in the same way there is also no need to be afraid of temporary and tiny pains. Decide that you will happily accept all pains and pleasures coming on your journey and without any complain you will tolerate it. Suppose, you are prepared for the battle, your intention will be clear, "I WILL FACE AND FIGHT, TOLERATE THE TROUBLES, I WILL NOT RUN AWAY FROM DUTIES, on the contrary if your intention is clear that I WILL FACE AND FIGHT, I WILL TOLERATE THE TROUBLES, I WILL NOT RUN AWAY FROM DUTIES, you will start preparation without overthinking. Because preparation needs passion, practice, patience with perseverance. When you will be all days busy working on particular projects, with intention to "FACE AND FIGHT, TOLERATE THE TROUBLES, DON'T RUN AWAY FROM DUTIES". you will have peace and joy. Because now you have started walking on the path and stopped dreaming and imagining about future continuously. This is called 'living in Present'. So "ACCEPT AND TAKE ACTION." Make your intention clear and be free from tension. Ram! Ram! Pranam!
