The boy tossed and turned in his sleep, unsettled and disturbed with nightmares of the future, a dark figured old man he can't seem to place in his sleep. He wakes
and it all seems to be a distant memory.
The last thing he can vaguely recall was his name being whispered while waking. hmm, thats weird he thinks. Home just seems like a safe place to be. The
smell of breakfast being made by mother, brings a smile to his face. Time to get up mother says!! Take out the trash do your chores!! Hurry up!! get something to eat, !! yells mom. He gets up and gets dressed, Mother makes coffee for herself, but it still smells good. can't wait to eat he thinks. Rushes the food down his stomach and gets his chores done. good, I can finally go out and play in the sun, its the weekend. Time for himself, what to do? he thinks.
What he always does, go into his safe world and play among himself and pretend to be doing something in a world were he is accepted and valued.
The little boy goes out to explore.
