she found herself in an endless sea of self loathing, and doubt. There was no lifeline or buoy or anything to hold on to. she kicked and struggled to keep her head up, but it was no use. no matter how hard she tried, she could not swim this time. and in her heart she knew she was alone. no one was coming to save her. no one cared. she was on her own. despite knowing this she couldn't help but hope that someone would come to her rescue. but with every passing minute her heart sank more and more. she was truly alone. with her thoughts to keep her company she let herself sink. as she took her last breath she said her silent goodbyes. then the world faded away until it was nothing.
