👉The Abundance Mind set 👈 The Abundance mindset essentially be lives that there is enough for everyone, and there always be enough. receive 💃💃💃 for once you're channel is open god keeps pouring.... A characteristic of the abundance Mindset it is focous on the long term. The Abundance mindset can create positive feelings, feel happy and successes, your self - instead you feel happiness for that person.

@ My women's voice RA! Here are some tips on creating an abundance Mindset.

1. Create a gratitude practice at beginning and end of each day. ( such as 5 minute journal) or a physical journal. Even send a daily text messages to a friend.

2. Organize your home and life. You can feel appreciative of all things you have that you love, And feel senses of gratitude that you have so much that you can give some of it away. You can feel accmophlised as a result of geeting organization.

3. Call a friend or loved one to tell them you appreciate them."Felling gratitude is good but, showing gratitude is better. - and strengthen our connections."

4. Reduce your media consumption and get outside.help you to feel appreciative of your health, the loved onces around you, sunshine and the bird's chirping.

5. Share what you have with others. Feel good about what You shared / you don't even miss what you shared / gave away. We are living in times like we have never before experienced. to words that cultivate what's important in your lives.
