Does life give us a second chance? The race had begun and he/she wondered if he/she would win this time round. Sipping her coffee and looking out her window. Her mind was full of thoughts this morning. Thinking back on her life and all that she has been through. The time she spent with her family three months, the end of last year. Did her a world of good. She has learned how to let go of past pain. Now she is spending most of her time running after her dreams.
Last night she received a message from a guy she haven't heard from well over a year. A few years ago, when she was still starving to find love. She decided to check out a dating site. That's how she met Superman. He popped in and out for a year or so. It never was going to be nothing more then, I guess you'd call it " friends with benefits". Back then she thought if she held on it may become something more. It never did. She wasn't really looking when she bumped into the guy that would later brake her heart.
