Years later, she returned home, her home, which preserved every second of her life till now.It felt as if she's back home! Unlocking the suitcase to pack stuff, she felt her eyes going wet. She gave a painful look at the empty suitcase which once had heaps of memories to cherish. An empty suitcase full of memories. Sadly, there were only memories. She smiled in tears remembering how she used to hide in the suitcase when her sister would come looking for her playing hide&seek. A chuckle left her quivering lips on finding her red hair ribbon stuck in the belts of the suitcase. A message flashed on her mobile screen which read "Welcome Back Home" raking up her scars and adding salt to her wounds.Tossing her mobile, She opened the cupboard to see all the clothes hanging lifelessly with their tags still on. Two lone tears rolled down her cheeks looking at the plight of those new clothes lying dead having none to take them. She collected them shoving into the suitcase. Taking one last glance at her home, she rushed to her car scared of breaking down if she stayed a little longer. She sped the car crying and pulled to halt at the red signal. But the car accelerated even before the signal turned green. Soon she reached her new apartment which in no way was her Home. She picked up a dustfree bookcase eyeing them intently. Those were her journals of all the years and not just books. Sitting back on a resting chair, she began flipping the pages of the books one by one, living her life all over again. While her inner self realised, a dust free bookcase could hide a lot of lies..!
