“Being a girl is not easy “
In this world, every girl has the right to live freely according to the limits of the veil
I am describing the condition of such a girl in today's society. She will get tired of fighting the struggles of life .
That girl is dying inside herself, hiding all the troubles inside her
The biggest question that silences every woman is “What will people say?” Because of this she loses everything
The girl who smiled like a flower as a child
The girl who cried openly as a child
The girl used to laugh out loud as a child
As a child, she flew like a free bird and without caring about the world
And the same girl, as she gets older, starts to get banned
And if she wants to cry, she can’t cry
This girl is imprisoned. Don’t go out. “What will people say?”
There is only one woman who kills all her desires and has to live again . When it comes to marriage, say 'yes' to the honor of your parents .And if it is divorced, bear it for the honor of your parents
In this society, woman is still to blame
In this day and age, if a woman has gone wrong, she should still keep quiet, otherwise she will be disgraced.
If they want to avoid these thoughts killing your self
People say
This girl did not care about the honor of her parents
People are not happy when they do nothing wrong for the honor of their parents
And a lot of women nowadays get breast cancer. Every woman nowadays suffers from breast cancer and people say it is a test from Allah.
No one understands how that woman is fighting from within
And exhausted, she says, “Run away to a place where anyone knows me.” Allah knows everything and asks her Allah, is it my fault that I am a girl?
And some girls live by believing in their Allah and some become hopeless
No one knows what she thinks or wants
This girl has to live her life according to the ideology of the society .Muslims...
Indeed, the Qur'an has given the highest honor to women
A woman's silence says a lot.Being a girl may not be easy, and the silence may sometimes feel overwhelming, but we are not defined by our struggles. Our voices may be hushed, but they are not extinguished. Together, we can break the silence, shatter the stigma surrounding depression, and create a world where being a girl means being heard, supported, and empowered to overcome the silent battles that threaten to consume us. In unity, we find the strength to silence depression and let our true selves shine through the darkness.
Unspoken Battles: The Weight of Depression
Behind the smiles and cheerful facades, many girls silently battle depression. The silent suffering can be excruciating, as girls grapple with feelings of hopelessness, sadness, and isolation.
The Mask of Conformity
Girls often hide their depression behind masks of conformity. They fear judgment and stigma, leading to a vicious cycle of suppressing their emotions.
Societal Pressure
A woman's silence can be a response to the relentless pressure exerted by societal expectations. She may feel compelled to conform to predefined roles and standards, stifling her true self in the process.
Cultural and Social Stigma
Cultural norms and social stigma surrounding violence against women play a significant role in perpetuating silence. Many societies blame and shame victims, creating an environment where speaking out is discouraged.
The Silence of Victims
A Cry Muffled
Women who experience violence often find themselves silenced by fear, shame, and societal pressures. They may endure years of abuse, suffering in silence, unable to escape the torment they face.
The Long-term Effects
A. Psychological Trauma
Violence against women inflicts deep psychological wounds. Survivors often experience trauma, which can lead to conditions like depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
